ABOUT MIKI
Miki Feldman Simon is a Certified Executive Coach (PCC) and author of CORE Leadership: A Four-Step Framework to Lead Yourself, Grow Your Influence, and Amplify Your Impact. With over 25 years of corporate experience in the United States, Israel, and Australia Miki brings a global perspective to leadership and growth. She enjoys the fast-paced environment of start-ups and scale-ups, where she has spent most of her career. Under her tenure in HR, marketing, and executive leadership, she has led multiple companies to successful exits and has gained deep understanding of the challenges executives face.
Miki brings this expertise into coaching, where she partners with her clients to overcome the obstacles and challenges in leading and growing organizations. The CORE framework (Clarify, Operationalize, Reflect, Evaluate) she developed, is a practical approach to leading yourself with intention and impact. Miki uses it to help her clients move from awareness to action, clarify priorities, and align how they lead with the kinds of leaders they want to be. Her clients describe her as a straight shooter with warmth, insight, and a talent for turning reflection into results.
Miki has an M.S. in Organizational Behavior, and a B.A. in Psychology and Educational Counseling.

Passionate about equality in leadership, Miki has also dedicated her career to helping women develop and execute leadership skills for sustained success. Under her HR leadership, the software company Profitect achieved gender parity across all levels — with a 50% female management team leading the company’s finance, marketing, program management, human resources, and customer success departments. She continues this in her startup, IamBackatWork, which is dedicated to helping women return to work and thrive in their careers.

Miki enjoys a good challenge, whether professionally (successfully reinventing her career multiple times) or in her personal life (getting fit at 50 to summit Mount Kilimanjaro).
She loves passing this passion on to her clients and audience, inspiring them to explore their perceived limits, accept change, and embrace the growth that comes with it.

Miki is honored to be a member of the inaugural cohort of Forefront (powered by Marshall Goldsmith and the 100 Coaches!), where she works with the world’s top coaches. She has been interviewed by the Boston Globe and quoted in Huffington Post, Society for Human Resource Management, Business News Daily, Knox News and more.
An avid traveler and a global citizen, she calls Lexington, Massachusetts home, where she lives with her husband and 2 dogs. Miki is also the proud mother of 2 adult children.

“I’ve worked closely with Miki for years, and her impact on how I show up as a leader, and as a person, has been profound. CORE Leadership distills her wisdom, clarity, and emotional intelligence into a framework that’s both actionable and deeply human. This book isn’t just about leadership; it’s about learning to lead yourself with intention, and in doing so, amplifying your impact on those around you. If you’re ready to grow from the inside out, this book is the guide you’ve been looking for.”
