Every year on Thanksgiving, I like to take a little time to reflect on what I am truly thankful for.
This year, my book is definitely a big part of that gratitude. It is something I am both thankful for and proud of, not only because of the achievement itself but also because of the journey and the people who have been part of it.
As I look back, I am deeply grateful not only for the finished book but also for the relationships it helped me build along the way. From the incredible people I interviewed to the coaching clients whose stories became part of this work, each of them added a unique layer of richness. I am also incredibly thankful for my family and the support they have given me throughout this process. They have been my rock, and I could not have done it without them.
This Thanksgiving, I am also grateful to have my whole immediate family here to celebrate, along with close friends who feel like family. Taking a few days to slow down, relax, and spend quality time with the people I deeply care about feels like a true gift.
As you head into the holiday, what are you grateful for this year?
I hope we can all take a moment to reflect on the people and experiences that have made our year meaningful.
When we make the space to look for the positive and notice what we can be thankful for, so much rises to the surface. This includes the journey itself and the connections that have shaped it.
Wishing you all a warm and wonderful Thanksgiving.
