I’m honored to have been recognized by Thinkers360 as one of its Top 50 Thought Leaders in Behavioral Science.

Thank you to Thinkers360 for this recognition and for shining a spotlight on the important role behavioral science plays in helping people and organizations create meaningful, lasting change.

Behavioral science has been at the heart of my work for many years.

I’ve always been fascinated by human behavior. That’s what led me to study psychology as an undergraduate and later earn a master’s degree in organizational behavior.

I’ve long been curious about why people think, feel, and act the way they do. What causes some people to freeze, feel like victims of their circumstances, or stay stuck in familiar patterns? And what helps others recognize they have a choice, take action, and create meaningful change?

Over the years, I’ve come to believe that many people spend more of their lives on autopilot than they realize. They haven’t paused to get clear on what truly matters to them, the values they want to live by, the priorities they want to protect, or the kind of person and leader they want to become. Without that clarity, it’s easy to drift, reacting to life instead of intentionally shaping it.

Behavioral science gave me an evidence-based way to understand the patterns I was seeing. It explains how our habits, environments, emotions, and thinking shape our decisions, often without us realizing it, and why lasting change is so much harder than simply deciding to change.

But understanding why isn’t enough.

I’m a practical person. I want to help people move from understanding to doing, from feeling stuck to taking action, and from reacting by default to living and leading with intention.

That’s why I developed the CORE Framework.

It bridges the gap between insight and action by helping leaders clarify what matters most, turn intentions into consistent behaviors, reflect on the patterns that help or hinder them, and evaluate the impact they have on themselves and others.

My goal has always been to make behavioral science practical. To translate evidence-based research into simple, actionable tools that increase people’s sense of agency and their ability to choose how they respond, move forward, and create the lives and leadership they want.

This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the intersection of two things I care deeply about: the science of human behavior and the practical application of that science to everyday leadership.

Thank you to Thinkers360 for this honor, and thank you to my clients, audiences, readers, and colleagues who continue to challenge my thinking and remind me why this work matters.
